Essayez d'abord ceci :

1. Nettoyez le capteur avec un chiffon microfibre et un peu d'alcool.
2. Assurez-vous qu'aucune interférence ne pertube le capteur.

Si cela ne fonctionne pas, réinitialisez votre appareil : Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation en bas ou derrière l'appareil (selon le modèle) pour l'éteindre. Laissez-le éteint pendant 20 secondes, puis appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton d'alimentation pour l'allumer.

This might happen after user tries to flip the mirror manually or object is in the way while mirror is auto-flipping. The mirror auto-protects the gear. To reset, simply double tap the touch control bar. You should be able to hear a click sound or see the mirror moves slightly, double tap on the touch control again for another 2 - 3 times and mirror should be able to flip normally.

1. Reset the mirror by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in.
2. Test the sensor:
   1. Clean the sensor lens using soft cloth.
   2. Place your hand 4-6 inches in front of the sensor to activate the mirror light.
